Welcome to Total Control: HeiTel CamControl BB Edition for Blackberry. Here you will find information regarding our video surveillance software for HeiTel DVR. The application supports viewing and controlling of live jpg video feeds from any HeiTel DVR.
The video camera software is available in two packages:
Free Trial Demo Version: Fully functional but limited to 10 days.
HeiTel CamControl BB: Fully functional without limitations

Function to easily change cameras while viewing. 'Previous Camera' and 'Next Camera' function in menu while viewing to automatically change camera
Function to automatically rotate through cameras based on time period. For instance set the application to rotate to the next camera every 30 seconds automatically
Function to save jpg snapshot to local media
Support for JPG codec
Ability to choose resolution size or automatically fit video to screen

Currently hotmail & yahoo are not accepting email from our mail server so do not use either accounts. You will be emailed a direct OTA (Over The Air) link. Open the email with the built in blackberry email client and click the link. Click 'download' to install and 'run' when it is done installing to start the application. It is fully function but limited to 10 days. If for some reason you do not get an email within a few minutes time please use the form under Contact Us to let us know and we will directly send the link.
