PTZ control queue
If the PTZ control queuing mechanism is enabled for the camera concerned, control of PTZ units is limited to the client currently possessing the control, if any. This CGI request handles requests concerning the control queue. Note that cookies are enabled by default when enabling PTZ control queue.

we don't support cookies in the app at all.

i am not sure if this will work but you could try.

1. add a new stream profile
2. in the custom urls section add the urls we use for ptz commands.  i only see 4 spaces for custom commands though so you have to choose which 4 commands for PTZ you want to use.

this is what we use for ptz commands in the app (just the urls below not the label on left side)

left       /axis-cgi/com/ptz.cgi?move=left
right      /axis-cgi/com/ptz.cgi?move=right
up         /axis-cgi/com/ptz.cgi?move=up
down       /axis-cgi/com/ptz.cgi?move=down
center     /axis-cgi/com/ptz.cgi?center=160,140
zoomtele   /axis-cgi/com/ptz.cgi?camera=4&rzoom=+1000
zoomwide   /axis-cgi/com/ptz.cgi?camera=4&rzoom=-1000

so for example in the first custom command field where it has http:// you would input
http:///axis-cgi/com/ptz.cgi?move=left
and label the box left or something.

we may have to test some stuff on our end once you do that but you can try it first and see.  if it doesn't work send remote access via Contact Us section of website and we will test and see.  this is the only way it might work for you in our app.

For us right now, this is a "wish list" item on the blackberry.  Priority has been given to the tracking of movement.  We are looking at selling these cameras and your software is a bonus item.  The boss just loves the idea (until he is woken up that is!!) that he can get access via his phone.  He wants to use this as a selling point to the overall system.
