Re: blackberry storm 2

That's because you need to follow the instructions in the demo download email called Storm Notes.

Re: blackberry storm 2

This is a blackberry storm issue not our app. It is a common issue.

Re: blackberry storm 2

Storm Notes section in our FAQ here

Sorry. You have to be registered to access this content.

at bottom of page. Your issue is to disable compatibility mode on Storm. Google this and you will see it is a common issue. That is why we specifically put the link in the demo download email for instructions on this.

If you still have the issue after disabling it and saving it do a battery pull. Sometimes bb doesn't disable until a reboot.
After this if your keyboard still pops up click the Bb menu button and select show/hide keyboard to get rid of any pop up keyboard issue that can also arise on Storm.

Finally if your issue persists please contact us directly via email under Contact Us section of website to troubleshoot your specific issue further. Thanks.

Re: blackberry storm 2

the instructions are the same for any Storm model.  it is a general Storm issue not specific to Storm 1 or 2.

ok so what is the error now?  you still can't input anything?  can you select 'change make' button on camera setup screen?  if so do you get APN error or do you get make/model list.
