I have a Nuvico AL-800 and I can't seem to get the PTZ controls to function in Total Control.

The DVR's firmware is updated to Ver 5.8.2.

PTZ controls work fine from the AL-800 and they also work from Nuvico's VMS Lite software. (Pelco-D, on RS485 com2, Baud 2400, Data Bits 8, Stop Bits 1, No parity)

I'm running Total Control on an Android device.

Are the PTZ controls supposed to be functional running the Android version of Total Control? If so, do you have any ideas as to what may be wrong or not configured right?
